As a Master Stylist and Cosmetology Instructor, my passion is making you feel great about yourself and your appearance. I have been in this industry for about 20 plus years, learning the education and fun exciting new ways of always styling. I am a mother of 3 lovely children, my children keep me going and full of life. I am a true believer that God will do the impossible. A hair care professional is who I am and serving the people is what I do, one person at a time.
Nikisha has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and has faced many uphill battles. Nikisha has learned how to grow a business from the ground up with no loans, no credit, all while being a single parent and caring for her late disabled mother. Hair has been her passion and saved her from the streets.
Nikisha now does empowerment workshops through her nonprofit KunTajus Empowerment that help build her community one person at a time. Teaching people how to believe in themselves so that they know that they are their greatest investment.
The name of the salon and the nonprofit are the same KunTajus because it has a meaning and it stands for Kan U Now Take A Jump Using Self. I truly believe you are important and if you don’t take a jump on yourself then nothing will never happen for you, so teaching people to believe in their self is needed.
